I see you standing there in your uniform so proud, so courageous. What an honor you must feel to serve our country. Such a true sacrifice that you chose, so we could have freedom.
I want to personally say thank you. I see you and I thank you. I thank your family for their sleepless nights. I thank your children for their endless tears. I thank your parents for their worried hearts. Without them their wouldn’t be you and without you their wouldn’t be our freedom.
I see you and I thank you. I see you and I pray for you. I pray for your families that they be comforted at night, knowing you are fighting for their freedom. I pray for your children’s tears to be happy tears of how proud they are of you. I pray for your parents to be honored to have raised you. But most of all I pray for your safety. I pray you hear God’s words of wisdom. I pray you know how special you are, how wonderful you are.
Do you know how special you are? I do, and I thank you and pray for you everyday!
Thank you to ALL the men and women who have fought for our freedom, who gave us the life we know today! May God truly bless you and your families.
Joshua 1:9 “Haven’t I commanded you: be strong and courageous? Do not be afraid or discouraged, for the Lord your God is with you wherever you go.”
