Who doesn’t love cheese? These are not hard at all! All you have to do is shred cheese and place a pile of the cheese (forming a circle) on a griddle. Cook on low to medium heat 2-4 minutes. Once the cheese has completely melted and crisped lay it over a handle of a spatula to shape into a taco shell. The cheese will harden with in a minute or so.
